NQA-1 Quality Assessments
For companies that have integrated ASME NQA-1 quality requirements for the nuclear industry into their ISO 9001 quality management system, SRI now offers NQA-1 Supplemental Assessments. Companies that will seek either NUPIC or NIAC approval and need to demonstrate effective implementation of ASME NQA-1 and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B requirements can now get a certificate of conformance from SRI. A certificate of conformance will help demonstrate to your potential customers (who supply to the nuclear industry) that you have made the investment and are ready to go.
SRI auditors are the most experienced in the industry, and they have performed Nuclear Quality System audits for over 15 years, providing SRI customers with the most extensive nuclear background available. Only NIAC and NUPIC can approve suppliers, but SRI’s conformance assessment gives organizations the highest level of confidence that they are ready for the NIAC or NUPIC approval audit.
